Reservation Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Insurance, and Satisfaction guarantee by Eifelidyll
For the reservation of pitches, a fee of €10.00 per booking is charged. Reserved pitches are available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, and rental properties are available from 3:00 PM. If the arrival is delayed, the site management must be informed. If no notification is made, the pitch or rental property will only be held until 08:00 AM the following day and can then be reassigned without any entitlement to occupancy or refund. The departure must be made by 12:00 PM for pitches and by 11:00 AM for rental properties. In case of a later departure, approval from the site management is required, and the fees for the following night will be charged.
The confirmed arrival and departure dates are binding. The site management reserves the right to reassign the requested pitch for an important reason.
The booking is only binding for Eifelidyll once the deposit has been received. If no deposit is made, there is no claim to a reservation. The remaining balance for all services must be paid in cash without deduction before departure.
Credit card or bank card payments are unfortunately not possible.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the contract at any time. For your own safety, the cancellation must be made in writing or by fax. In case of cancellation, we charge the following compensation:
Compensation for Pitches:
Up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: €25. Within 4 weeks before the arrival date: €50.Compensation for Rental Properties:
Up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the total invoice amount. From 4 weeks before the arrival date: 80% of the total invoice amount.Cancellation Fund (Travel Cancellation Insurance)
If you wish for additional security, you can make use of our cancellation fund. The premium is 5% of the total accommodation cost. If the holiday you have planned cannot take place or must be canceled for one of the following reasons, the entire (prepaid) amount for the unused period will be refunded 100%.
Accepted reasons may include:
Severe illness or death of: yourself, or one of the people with whom you were planning to spend the holiday, or intended to spend it, from parents, parents-in-law, siblings, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, or your own children.
To claim a refund from the cancellation fund, you must provide proof that the reason for the non-compliance with your agreements was outside your control. The contractual services are governed by the current publications provided. Telephone, verbal agreements, or side agreements are only valid with written confirmation. Our camping site regulations in the version currently in effect apply to the use of the campsite.
Camping with Satisfaction guarantee:
If, within the first three days of your holiday, you find that the campsite does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the remaining booked holiday free of charge. (This does not apply to rental properties)
