Campsite Sauer-Our in Wallendorf
Our campsite in Wallendorf is located in the centre of one of the most famous hiking areas of the German-Luxembourgish Nature Park, close to ‘Luxembourg’s Switzerland’ (‘La Petite Suisse’). It is located directly at the confluence of the Our and Sauer rivers, which form the border to Luxembourg, an ideal starting point for hikes in the small ‘Luxembourg Switzerland’ or the extensive forest area between Wallendorf and Bollendorf.
The two rivers offer every opportunity for fishing (with a fishing licence). Our campsite is ideal for families with children. In the early and late season, campfires are permitted on four pitches by prior arrangement. And to keep in touch with home, there is free Wifi on the campsite.
A highlight is a canoe trip on the Sauer. There is a canoe and mountain bike hire centre in the town. If the weather doesn’t play ball, no problem, public transport in Luxembourg is completely free and there are many sights to discover. Although centrally located, our campsite is a very quiet place. We emphasise a friendly atmosphere.

On the campsite we offer 2 safari tents with 6 beds each for hire.
Our sanitary facilities meet the current requirements, cleanliness is a matter of course! There is a disabled toilet and a baby room, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a playground and a table tennis table for the little ones. Bread is available from the bakery in Reisdorf (1.8 km), which is close to the campsite.
